We made the size of the brush 81 pixels, and Feathering 69 pixels and we are using 100% Opacity. Now we can just paint over the area we want to repair with our Brush. Voila! The problem has been eliminated and the image is smooth and repaired except that I can still see that it has a bit of an aberation in that corner that could use some work. Here is
